Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Valmy Tech Accessories.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
